An orthopedic doctor said the only option to alleviate my pain was a surgical procedure. I couldn’t go to work because of the constant pain down my leg, so I had to take 12 weeks short-term disability from my job.
Before having surgery, I wanted to check into any other options available. I asked a chiropractor that I knew and trusted to look at my MRI and offer a second opinion.
