I had been a low back pain sufferer for many years…and reached a point where it was unbearable. Additionally, I had numbness going down my left leg and into my foot. I went from being extremely active to a virtual invalid. I could not stand up for any period of time and I could not walk more than 20 feet without having to stop and brace myself to allow some of the pain to subside and then go another 20 feet and do it all over again.
