Acupuncture is an excellent tool to promote our body’s ability to regenerate and heal naturally. It stimulates many parts of the brain including pain and emotion control centers. It has been scientifically proven that acupuncture treatments produce those “feel good” hormones such as endorphins and serotonin. Research also shows that acupuncture can regulate the immune system and improve our resistance to seasonal infections. Her goal as an acupuncturist is to help her patients improve their overall wellbeing so that they can live a better quality of life with their family and friends.
